O Holy Night

In 1847, a French poet was asked by a clergyman to write a poem for Christmas mass. Using the gospel of Luke, he imagined witnessing the birth of Jesus in Bethlehem. “Cantique de Noel” or “O Holy Night” was the product of his inspiration. What made that night so holy, so divine?

Who Turned Down the Lights?
